A growing youth population with no hope for the future! Nearly 70% of Liberia’s population is under the age of 25 years old, and over 50% under the age of 18 with youth unemployment nearly 85 percent. This generation is thirsty for an opportunity to thrive and desperately seeking influence from any force. After more than a decade of peace from a brutal 14 years civil war, the rapid growth of the youth population has met extreme uncertainty and hopelessness in the future of Liberia. With a growing sense of frustration and restlessness developing, the wrong force can easily influence a desperate society of youth.
WE HAVE AN AWESOME IDEA!
OUR GRAND MODEL
To help rebuild a nation by investing in youth empowerment!
As the old African fable goes, “Teach a man how to fish and he will feed his entire village.”
We believe the most effective way to create long-term impact is by first reaching the hearts and minds of people and guiding them to grow a patriotic bond with their environment, community, people and country. When aid is directed strategically to empower people to become the solution for solving every day problems, realistic longer-term solutions and change is inevitable.
THE IMPACT PROJECT
Investing in the lives of children and creating a pathway for
long-term impact to be sustainable for many generations to come.
We have the foundational elements established and the formula to make a lasting impact on many generations of Liberians. Save More Kids have established a unique model that provides an immediate solution to solving problems and simultaneously created a sustainable model for long-term impact.
THE FUTURE IS BRIGHT
We have room to grow; all we are missing is your partnership!
Together, we can create a model that will continue to impact many generations to come. We aspire to collaborate and partner with individuals who truly desire to participate in a solution driven, impact generated organization that operates outside the framework of the status quo. We encourage an innovative approach to making room for partners to explore collaborative options to help us solve problems.
